SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At this time, INTEXcables ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, INTEXcables ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. RETURN POLICY
NTEXcables are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original retail purchaser subject to the limitations set forth herein. Limited means INTEXcables will repair or replace the cable at its discretion as long as the cable has not been mistreated and has failed during normal use. This warranty does not extend to any part of our products which has been damaged by misuse, accident, incorrect wiring, improper installation, use in violation of the instructions, tampering, alteration or repair outside of the INTEXcables facility. REFUND POLICY
INTEXcables are covered by a limited money back guarantee to the original retail purchaser : If for any reason the end customer is not completely satisfied with the product after 72 hours, the customer may return the product unscathed for a complete refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. This policy does not apply to custom products. We only stock str8-to-str8 cables made with black cable in lengths of 3M, 4M, 5M & 6M, everything else is custom.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS :
In the event that a INTEXcables product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, INTEXcables reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. INTEXcables reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, INTEXcables shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
